FAQ

FAQ - Before Ordering:

Due to the wide variety of products available for print, it isn’t practical to provide a fixed pricing structure for every item.

However, we are committed to offering competitive rates and will gladly price match against other suppliers to ensure you receive the best possible value.

All pricing will be clearly confirmed and agreed upon before any order is processed, ensuring complete transparency and no confusion.

For screen printing and transfer printing, we strongly recommend supplying vectorised artwork wherever possible.
Accepted vector file formats include:
- .ai
- .eps
- .pdf
In some cases, we can convert artwork to vector format for you; however, this requires a high-quality raster image.
Please note that the vectorisation process may result in slight imperfections, such as uneven or distorted lines.

Please send enquiries and order requests to enquiries@mk2print.co.uk.

To help us process your request efficiently, please include:
- The item(s) you would like printed
- Quantities required
- Number of print colours
- Pantone references (if available)
- All relevant artwork files
- Required delivery date
- Delivery address including a contact name and telephone number
- Any other special requests or additional details

If Pantone references are not provided at the order confirmation stage, we will select the closest possible colour match.
FAQ - During Order Processing:

You can send your stock to the following address:

Mark Two Print
41 Chorley Road
Mowbray Drive
Blackpool, Lancashire
FY3 7XQ

We aim to complete all printing as quickly as possible. Typical lead times are:
- 2-5 day lead time for smaller quantities
- 7-10 days for larger orders

We can only begin the printing process once we have received both approved artwork and your stock.

While delays are rare, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally impact turnaround times. In such cases, we will inform you as soon as possible.

We will always provide a visual proof showing your chosen product and design.
Once approved, this proof serves as confirmation that all details, including artwork, size, layout, and colours are correct.

Please note: once a proof has been approved and production has started, changes cannot be made.

We can provide a photo of a print sample prior to bulk production upon request, giving you added confidence before proceeding.
FAQ - Delivery:

We use DPD for next-day deliveries as standard. Optional services, including pre-10:30am and Saturday delivery, are available for an additional charge.

For larger orders, a pallet delivery service may be required. In these cases, we work with EVTS to ensure safe and efficient delivery. As a guideline, orders exceeding 20 boxes will typically be shipped via pallet. Please ensure that pallets can be accepted at the delivery address.

Collection is also available if preferred.

You are welcome to use your own delivery notes. Please ensure they are included with your order confirmation so they can be printed and dispatched with your order.

We currently offer delivery to all locations within mainland United Kingdom.
FAQ - Other:

For an additional fee, we can store your stock for a limited period, giving you the flexibility to arrange delivery whenever it suits you.

If you require this service, please mention it when placing your order, as storage space is limited.
